At Dine for Design, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Event Tickets

All ticket sales for events hosted by Dine for Design are final. We do not offer refunds unless the event is canceled by us. In the case of cancellation, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Donations

Donations made to Dine for Design are non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at DineforDesign@gmail.com to discuss potential remedies.

Merchandise

We accept returns of merchandise purchased from www.DineforDesign.org if the item is defective or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and provide details of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
